Language:
English will be used as the main language of the event.

Place:
The conference will be held in two rooms at University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna mdw, both  barrier-free: Joseph Haydn-Saal and Klangtheater, Anton-von-Webern-Platz 1, 1030 Wien.

The final evening will be organized at Brunnenpassage (barrier-free): Brunnengasse 71, 1160 Vienna.

The event will be held in person only, without livestreaming.

Please register via mdw website prior to the event. Registrations are accepted until capacity is reached.

Book of Abstracts and Book of Proceedings:
Prior to the conference an electronic and printed book of abstracts will be prepared. After the conference, a selection of contributions will be peer-reviewed and published in open access in an international thematic collection, edited by Prof. Dr. Lisa Gaupp and Dr. Özlem Canyürek.

FAIRanstaltung
We aim to organise this event in accordance to the guidelines of the intern seal of approval "fairanstalten_mdw. weniger ist mehr" in order to contribute to resource conservation, climate protection, regional added value and raising awareness.

This is how you can support us in this endeavour:

Use public transportation, the bicycle or walk. The mdwCampus is very centrally located and easy to reach with the U3, the S-Bahn or the tram line O. There are bicycle parking spaces and city bikes in front of the main building.

Avoid rubbish in the best way possible and separate unavoidable rubbish on site according to the specifications of the waste management system.

Use 100% recycled paper or non-chlorine bleached (TCF) paper for necessary printing.
