With these and other ensembles he has sung and played all across Europe and in North America.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A passionate improviser and continuo player, he is a member of the Scroll Ensemble, with whom he extemporises entire concerts after historical models.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Fascinated by the intimacy of solo song, he performs self-accompanied Lieder-Abende on the fortepiano, as well as renaissance songs in the company of his friend, the lutenist Paul Beier.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Iason is the founder and director of the Schola Cantorum Sancti Pauli, a choir and school of polyphony under the joint support of the Athens Conservatoire and St Paul\u2019s Anglican Church in Athens.
