Onboarding for Teaching Staff
As a service for new teaching staff, the mdw offers the introductory onboarding programme "Startmodule_mdw". The programme runs over several sessions and provides insight into the organisation and structure of the mdw as well as basic information on labour law, organisational law and study law.
University Didactics - the art of teaching
University Didactics aims to help shape our teaching and learning culture by providing opportunities and impetus for discussion, creating support programmes for teaching staff and generating ideas for the further development of teaching.
