5×5 scheme + mindfulness exercise ‘Now I am aware that…’ the emotion, the thought, the sensation that appears most intense, most present, most pressing at that moment is named (Chechov acting and attention exercise)

5 senses – hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, feeling

5 levels of exploration:

  1. everything I feel, smell, taste, touch, see within my body (without the emotional level)
  2. everything I sense, experience, feel within my body (on an emotional level)
  3. everything that is in the same space, around me; everything that is in the same place as me (alive or not); everything that has happened or will happen just before this moment and just after this moment
  4. everything that takes place outside this space, directly outside and all over the earth
  5. everything that happens up in the galaxy and what happens down in the earth/ ‘up in the sky or down in the earth
