The body as an archive of biographical experiences, shaping/deforming the body and its abilities
5×5 scheme + mindfulness exercise ‘Now I am aware that…’ the emotion, the thought, the sensation that appears most intense, most present, most pressing at that moment is named (Chechov acting and attention exercise)
5 senses – hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, feeling
5 levels of exploration:
- everything I feel, smell, taste, touch, see within my body (without the emotional level)
- everything I sense, experience, feel within my body (on an emotional level)
- everything that is in the same space, around me; everything that is in the same place as me (alive or not); everything that has happened or will happen just before this moment and just after this moment
- everything that takes place outside this space, directly outside and all over the earth
- everything that happens up in the galaxy and what happens down in the earth/ ‘up in the sky or down in the earth’
