The central facilities of the ICGP are located under the roof of the IKM, directly on the mdw campus. In addition to offices and well-equipped seminar rooms, the ICGP has its own library. Workrooms for associated researchers with third party funding are available off-campus.

Library

Our specialized library is open to all interested parties during office hours – you are invited to research, browse or write surrounded by books. The collection of books and journals includes the relevant texts in gender studies, including queer, trans, and diversity studies, as well as feminist theory. Books can also be checked out via the online catalog of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. In line with the profile of the ICGP, the numerically catalogued selection is based on an expanded understanding of gender studies and at the same time takes into account interfaces with critical research, for example on various exclusionary practices.
