Entrance Examination

 

The admission exams for the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs consist of a video preliminary round and an in-person examination. The admission exam for the preparatory course is conducted exclusively in-person. Different regulations apply for postgraduate programs (see below).

Applications are only accepted via the mdw application portal!

 

Bachelor's and Master's programs

Registration Deadline:            01.02.2025 – 04.03.2025

Video submission deadline:     05.02.2025 – 10.03.2025

Notification regarding an invitation to the in-person examination will take place at the end of March 2025.

 

In-person examination:            25.04.2025 – 26.04.2025 (for Choir Conducting and Opera Accompaniment)

                                             25.04.2025 – 28.4.2025 (for Orchestral Condcuting)
