David Merö

Studied conducting and sound engineering with focus on „Classical Music Producer” at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
Longtime work experience, lasting to date as freelance sound engineer and classical music producer – including the renowned and multiple award-winning “Vienna Symphonic Library”, with additional entrepreneurial activity in the fields of event management and fashion.
Has been working as lecturer at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna since 2002, holding the courses “Music Recordings for Singers and Instrumentalists” and “Project oriented Music Recordings for Singers and Instrumentalists”, the content of which is to impart studio work experience with focus on classical
music to the students.
Since winter term 2010 senior lecturer at the Joseph Haydn Institute for Chamber Music and Contemporary Music.
