November 2019: Self-Reflection and Networking
This module included a lecture on the diversity of European music markets as well as extensive coaching and peer-to-peer learning sessions on topics such as self-reflection, strategic networking, the development of a career roadmap, exchange of knowledge and information regarding diverse national music sectors; as well as it provided an opportunity to exchange experiences with well-established musicians and music industry protagonists.

January 2020: “Hard Skills” for Independent Work
This module included input on the economics of music and hands-on workshops on business model development, market analysis, and project financing; it also addressed crowdfunding and fundraising with sponsors and international foundations, as well as provided an opportunity to exchange experiences with well-established musicians and music industry protagonists.

International Mentoring Programme
Participants were offered mentoring by an experienced person of their own choice from their respective fields in order to ensure the sustainability of the training course and to provide opportunities for reflection.
All in-person teaching modules took place on the premises of the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and mica – music austria in Vienna, Austria.
