Maximilian Flieder, MA M.Mus.

Maximilian Flieder decend from a Viennese Musicianfamily and begann learning to play the Piano aged five. At nine he admitted at the University for Music and performing Arts Vienna. First he studied with Prof.in Elisabeth Dvorak-Weisshaar and later with Prof. Martin Hughes.
He continued his studies at the Academies for Musik in Hannover and Munich with Prof. Matti Raekallio and Prof. Antii Siirala after his final degree with distinction.

Next to the studies Peter Frankl, Marino Formenti and Sir András Schiff were formative for his musical education.

In addition Maximilian Flieder increased dedicated himself the Kunstlied and studied Piano Vocal Accompaniment for Master with Prof. Markus Hadulla at the University for Music and performing Arts since 2016.

He reached the highest possible grade for each degree.

In the age of eight Maximilian Flieder won his first Piano Competition. Since then he performed at several concerts, both in concerthalls in Vienna and regularly abroad in the near and in the distance.

He performed at the Musikverein Wien, the Wiener Konzerthaus, the Brucknerhaus in Linz, as well as at the Philharmonie in Berlin, the Oriental Arts Center in Sjanghai, the Opernhaus in Peking and the Suntory Hall in Tokio as a solist.

In case of these appearances several radio-/TV-broadcasts and CDs occured.

Next to his solistic engagement the winner of many competition-prizes dedicated himself passionatly to the chamber music. He is regularly chamber music-partner and vocal accompaniment to outstanding musicians like Gustav Rivinius, Daniel Gaede or Valentina Nafornita.

Since Oktober 2019 Maximilian Flieder teaches at the Department for Piano Performance at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
