Mein letzte “Erasmuserfahrung” liegt lange zurück. Im Jahr 1997 kam ich als Outgoing-Student von der Universität Pavia (Italien) für zwei Semester nach Wien und blieb – wie man hier in Wien so schön sagt – hängen. Das wäre allerdings ein anderes Kapitel meines Lebens… 22 Jahre später: Ich forsche und lehre am Institut für Musikwissenschaft und Interpretationsforschung der mdw und hatte 2019 im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Programmes wieder die Möglichkeit, andere universitäre Realitäten kennenzulernen.…

Beim Nordplus Intensive Project in Riga/Lettland
Ende März/Anfang April des Jahres wurde ich im Rahmen der Erasmus Lehrenden-Mobilität mit einer eher unüblichen, vielseitigen Aufgabe betraut: Maja Sipola, Vizerektorin für Internationale Beziehungen der Musikakademie Riga und als solche auch für Erasmus Programme zuständig, war schon im Januar über unser Büro für Internationale Beziehungen an mich persönlich mit der Frage herangetreten, ob ich Zeit, Lust und Interesse hätte, im Coaching der hohen Sreicher für ein Konzert mit barocker und klassischer Musik mitzuhelfen.…
