The deadline for summer semster is NOT open for BA voice applications.
APPLICATION PROCESS
We only accept applications made through our online application system Mobility Online.
NOTE: We are not users of the ‘EASY Mobility Online’ system, applications are not automatically transferred to us!
If you have already created an application account with us in the past and would like to apply again, please contact us at internationaloffice@mdw.ac.at to add a new application to your account.
The application is in three parts:
- Online Form
- Registration
- Workflow
Online Form
Fill in your application details and submit the online form. You will then receive an email with further instructions on how to register in Mobility Online.
Registration
By registering, you create your personal account in Mobility Online.
If you do not receive an automatic email within 10 minutes of submitting the registration form, please check your spam folder or contact us at internationaloffice@mdw.ac.at
Workflow
In the workflow, it is possible to exit the application and log back in at a later time. The data will be saved.
Please log in to your account now and upload the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (upload as PDF)
- Letter of Motivation (upload as PDF)
- Transcript of Records = Mark Sheets (upload as PDF)
- Recordings/Portfolio (upload as PDF with links to e.g. Youtube)
- Letter of Recommendation (upload as PDF) - optional
Create your Learning Agreement at the end and submit the application.
selection process
Once your application has been submitted, we will review it for completeness. If your application is incomplete, we will contact you via email.
All applications will be collected and forwarded to a committee for decision-making, depending on the field of study. Please note that if you have already received an informal acceptance from a teacher, this is only an expression of intent and not an official acceptance. You must still go through the committee's application process and selection process.
- Applications submitted by the March deadline will receive feedback by the end of June at the latest.
- Applications submitted by the October deadline will receive feedback by the end of December at the latest.
