Jasmina Talam

Jasmina Talam completed undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD studies at the Academy of Music, University of Sarajevo. She is professor of ethnomusicologys and Head of the Institute for Musicology at the Academy of Music, University of Sarajevo. She regularly presents the results of her research at national and international conferences and has contributed to numerous articles, book chapters and edited works. She is a member of the editorial board of the journal Muzika (Academy of Music in Sarajevo and the Musicological Society of FBiH) and the Journal of Literature and Art Studies (David Publishing, New York). She is the editor/co-editor of a few collections of papers, a member of the Steering Committee of the Musicological Society FB-H and is the Chair of the ICTM National Committee for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
