Born in 1983 in Henndorf am Wallersee. Senior Lecturer at the Department of Folk Music Research and Ethnomusicology. Studies of Instrumental and Vocal Education flute at the University Mozarteum Salzburg and the University for Music and Performing Arts Vienna with amongst others focus on folk music and ethnomusicology. Grant for participation in the EU-project MELT (Migration in Europe and Local Tradition). Teaching activities (musical practice and theoretical approaches), conception and implementation of music educational projects within the mdw as well as on behalf of various organizations, lecturer in the field of teacher training. Fieldwork in Austria. Research focus in the field of learning and teaching within folk music transmission.
