On November 6, 2024, the mdwPress Academic Board will meet and decide on the current submissions. You can get in touch with us at any time to prepare your submission. We recommend that you arrange a consultation meeting before submitting, so that your submission includes all the required information four weeks ahead of the meeting. The mdwPress coordination team will be happy to support you in the application process.
The subsequent meeting date of the Academic Board in 2025 has not yet been set, but will be published here as soon as possible. However, if external circumstances do not allow you to wait for these meetings to make a decision, you can submit your application at any time and we will do our best to facilitate a circular resolution.
