Personal focus and teaching goals

Individual care and targeted support for musicians: Working together to identify the causes of challenges and develop suitable solutions. Whether it is the prevention of pain, mental blockages or pedagogical interest - the aim is to fill your personal “toolbox” with versatile aids. This offers the opportunity to have the right tool at hand for many challenges.

Preventive work is particularly important for professional musicians in order to be able to play their instrument and sing for as long as possible without pain or discomfort. In my work, I take into account the influence of the current mental state on the nervous system and the entire body and also place particular emphasis on the chain systems of the internal organs, the respiratory system, the stress axis and any predispositions caused by the respective instrument.

Individuality is very important to me: every student has their own safe space and you can be who you are!
