Teaching focus and attitude

The prerequisite for fruitful work is a protected and appreciative atmosphere. For me, the personal concerns of the students are at the center of my work.
Based on my own experience with eutony and many years of working with instrumentalists/singers, I am guided by the body knowledge inherent in every human being. It is an exploratory approach that makes it possible to develop a completely individual solution together.

  • Enjoying economy and ease in movement

  • Discover stability, endurance and strength

  • Respecting the body's possibilities

  • Promote permeability

  • Increase fluency and accuracy

  • Allow natural alignment to develop

  • Synchronize music and play

  • Expand presence and expressiveness

  • Strengthen concentration and performance

  • Enable confidence and joy on stage - prepare the ground

Intelligent practicing WITH the body and the human being in all its wonderful complexity leads to lasting confidence, joy and success on stage.
The aim of the process-oriented work is to achieve the greatest possible permeability and to find a balance with the instrument.
Independent movement exercises, passive movement, feeling at rest, observing breathing and self-regulation of the body lead to change and reorganization in the body, which is then transferred to the instrument.
Gerda Alexander's eutony has enriched and shaped my life in a way that I would never want to miss. It is important to me to make the precious treasures of eutony accessible to everyone who is looking for them.
