Personal focus and teaching goals

The subject “Concentration Practice” offers students the opportunity to develop coping and solution strategies for issues such as nervousness, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, anxiety, concentration difficulties and physical tension.

The lessons take place in a one-to-one setting so that personal needs, wishes and goals can be addressed.

I am convinced that every person is equipped with unique abilities and already carries the resources for change and further development within them. My aim is to go in search of these often hidden treasures together in class and to focus on what is successful and what has already been achieved. In this way, confidence and trust in one's own strength can be gained and challenging situations in everyday life and on stage can be better mastered.
