Collective Agreement (KV)

 

The Collective Agreement for university employees came into force on 1.10.2009 October. The transfer of 526 employees who started an employment relationship at the university after January 1st 2004 has been completed. As of October 1st, 2009, the Contractual Public Employees' Act (VBG) and the Civil Servants' Employment Act (BDG) are no longer applicable to employees. Only the Salaried Employees' Act (AngG) and the Collective Agreement (KV) apply.

Additional Collective Agreement, pension fund commitment

 

Pension fund commitments for all employees of the university. Prerequisite: 18 years of age with a non-marginal employment relationship with the university of at least 24 months. A Works Agreement on the pension fund contract needs to have been concluded.
