Payroll accounting
We are responsible for the proper execution of the university's payroll accounting. If you have any questions about your statutory deductions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We prepare confirmations for banks, social insurance providers and other various official bodies and draw up annual pay statements.

HR controlling/reporting
The mdw's HR controlling department is largely responsible for the preparation of relevant reports, statistics and evaluations with regard to current, past, and projected staffing levels of the university.
Snapshot evaluations or periodic reviews are provided to internal and external stakeholders (such as Statistik Austria, Rechnungshof, BMWF, and others) as a basis for decision-making or for publication.
The data generated by SAP and mdw-online are, among other things, used for the report of the education documentation to the BMWF. Documentation for pm-SAP and uni.pers also falls under the remit of HR Controlling/Reporting, as does organisational work in the university's registry.
