Embargo Requests for the Submitted Copies of Final Papers/Theses/Dissertations
Upon submission of an academic paper, an artistic project, or documentation of an artistic project, the originator has the right to place an embargo on the submitted copies that prevents them from being used for a maximum of five years following submission.
The Director of Studies must approve applications in which the applying student credibly claims that important legal or economic interests of theirs would be threatened by such use.
