Coordination Office for Digital Transformation
The Coordination Office for Digital Transformation, which is established within the Vice-Rectorate for Organizational Development and Diversity, supports the process of structural advancement within the framework of institutional digital transformation. As a coordinator, she works at the interface between the Rectorate, IT, and administration, as well as teaching, art, and research. In her role, she provides significant professional support for the goals and measures of the mdw's digitalization strategy and for driving forward digital advancement at the mdw.

Department of Organizational Development and Social Responsibility
Based on the university strategies, we are responsible for the development of structural measures, the implementation of quality standards, and the improvement of processes across all areas of the university. We advise and assist with strategy and project development processes. Moreover, the department is responsible for the cross-cutting theme of sustainability, with its own university-wide coordination office. It also oversees the thematic areas of flight and migration, as well as art and health.

Department of Equality, Gender, and Diversity
As the Department of Equality, Gender Studies and Diversity, we raise awareness of gender and diversity dimensions at all levels of the university, integrate gender and diversity aspects into teaching and research, design and organize further training courses and projects, and are the point of contact for the further development and implementation of the diversity strategy.

Coordination Office for Sustainability
As the coordination office for sustainability, we work on the multidimensional implementation of sustainability as a guiding principle in all university performance areas and strategies. Alongside the controlled networking of all relevant mdw units and areas, we structure and support the institutional communication on the topic both internally and externally and oversee environmental management at the mdw.

Department of Quality Management
As Department of Quality Management, we support the expansion and further development of a university-wide quality management system (QMS). We provide the Rectorate with information and data (e.g., key performance indicators, reports...) as a basis for the management of the university. Our routine quality assurance measures include course evaluation, performance monitoring, graduate surveys, or other event-related evaluations. We also serve as point of contact for carrying out tailor-made surveys.
