Study regulations
The „Satzungsteil Studienrecht“ (part of the University Statutes concerning legal aspects of studies) passed by the Senate regulates lgeal aspects for all regular and extraordinary studies at the mdw - University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
The Vice Rectorate for Academic Affairs provides legal advice in matters of studys law that are not within the purview of the Director of Studies, in particular:
- Legal questions concerning "teaching and examinations at the mdw"
- Development and legislation of the "Satzung Studienrecht"
- Legal advice on special problems in matters of immigration law for students
- Aspects of cooperation agreements concerning study law
- Positions statements on draft laws and draft regulations that affect study regulations
