For Erasmus+ STT Outgoing
WHAT is ERASMUS+ Staff Training (STT)?
Staff Training mobility makes it possible for mdw employees to visit a partner university, other organisation, or company abroad and engage in exchange with colleagues from their own fields of work in an international context. Participants have the opportunity to engage in exchange regarding their own fields, make new contacts, and gather information. Staff training is part of the mdw’s human resources development measures and is co-funded by the ERASMUS+ programme of the European Union and by the mdw and/or the corresponding organisational unit or department.
