Overview of total responsibilities*
The responsibilities of the management teams at the mdw basically comprise the three areas of "positioning, orientation and development of the organisational unit", "personnel management, personnel development" and "management". The tasks assigned to each are analysed in more detail below.
Depending on the type of task, you will find brief explanations for your information as well as further links to your contact persons in the responsible departments
at the mdw. A selection of reflection questions should also help you
to consciously organise your tasks and your role.
