Notes | A performance of Scarlatti's Issipile is documented for November 25, 1760 (Zechmeister, Die Wiener Theater 1971, p. 473). The score was written by Ziss and her collaborators, however several years later. Other scores from her workshop, also written exclusively on P69, date from April to November 1764 (Hasse_18280, Piccinni_17821, Majo_17187, Fischietti_18063, Fischietti_1051, Galuppi_18071). The present score is most likely to have been produced in the same period. |
