ABOUT

The mdw's International Office is part of the Vice-Rectorate for International Affairs and the Art and, as a service institution, is responsible for handling the international mobility of students and teachers, as well as coordinating and organising selected international projects and collaborations.

Within Europe, mobilities are largely implemented via the Erasmus+ programme. The Erasmus+ principles are set out in the Erasmus+ Policy Documents.

The mdw also promotes global exchange outside of Europe. In total, the mdw cooperates with over 190 international partner universities worldwide.

Key areas for the further development of internationalisation at the mdw can be found in the Internationalisation Strategy.

In the mdw's International Blog, students and teachers regularly report on international mobilities and projects.
