APPLICATION & CONDUCT

  1. Submission of a complete and informative application (in English or German) for an Erasmus+ teaching mobility at your home university consisting of CV, teaching outline, planned period, (if already available) completed and signed Mobility Agreement.
  2. Nomination as outgoing teacher for an Erasmus+ mobility by the International Office of the home university to the International Office of the mdw. in case of approval: receipt of a letter of invitation as incoming Erasmus+ teacher and notification of a contact at the host institute of the mdw. in case of rejection: letter of rejection by the International Office of the mdw.
  3. If accepted, the final nomination is made by the International Office of the home institution.
  4. The International Office of the home institution sends a Mobility Agreement ready for signature to the International Office of the mdw before the start of the Erasmus+ mobility. The signed Mobility Agreement will be returned by the International Office of the mdw to the International Office of the home institution.
  5. The organization of the trip and the stay (bookings etc.) is carried out according to the specifications of the home institution and on the teacher's own responsibility.
  6. The (re-)financing of the expenses is carried out by and according to the specifications of the home institution.
  7. The teacher organizes the teaching (in terms of content, time, location) in consultation with and with the help of the host or the mdw host institute.
  8. The mdw International Office usually issues a confirmation of stay at the end of the mobility.
  9. The EU survey must be completed (link via e-mail via the home institution).
  10. If possible: write a blog post for the International Blog (contact Isabella Gaisbauer in the Office of the Vice-Rectorate for International Affairs and the Arts).
