Georg Hamann

Georg Hamann is a graduate of the mdw and is now a professor for violin and viola and head of the mdw’s Joseph Hellmesberger Department. He is the former principal violist of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra and a founding member of the Aron Quartett. He is also the head of a class of gifted children at the Johann Sebastian Bach Musikschule.
