Ausgehend von der berühmten Kritik von J. A. Scheibe an J. S. Bach sollen anhand von Einzelanalysen spezifisch „bachische“ Aspekte an einzelnen Sätzen aus verschiedenen Kompositionen untersucht werden. Dazu gehöre u.a. die Solosonate für Violine in g-Moll (Adagio), die E-Dur-Flötensonate und der Mittelsatz des Italienischen Konzerts.
