Drora Bruck is one of Israel’s leading recorder players and is currently the head of the Early Music track at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. Drora has given recitals in England, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, the USA, Canada, Australia, Romania, Japan, Vietnam and Taiwan. Since 1989, she has regularly recorded for Israeli Classical Music Radio and has released several CDs focusing on both early and contemporary music and has performed over 50 world premieres of works composed specifically for her.

A highly sought-after recorder teacher, frequently invited to conduct master classes at prestigious institutions worldwide, and her students are constant winners of national and international competitions.

In 2018, Drora founded the Tel Aviv Recorder Festival & Competition (TARF), which has since become a significant global event in the field of recorder music.

Her academic background includes degrees in recorded performance, musicology and music education.
