Further emphases are students’ musical training and aesthetic training as well as the general enrichment of students’ personalities in cognitive, emotional and social respects.

These objectives are served by a well-balanced mix of artistic major subjects and coursework relating to pedagogical practice and academic topics.

Alongside the expanded study of traditional methods of instrumental instruction, areas relating to elementary music pedagogy, group music making, improvisation, and theoretical training are also paid special attention.
