Self-Reported Experiences of Togetherness in Music Ensembles

This study investigates musicians’ self-reported experiences of togetherness. It aims to highlight the relevance of certain contextual aspects, such as musicians’ compatibility, repertoire, teaching and circumstantial factors on experiences of musical togetherness. It is based on semi-structured interviews with a pool of advanced piano and singing students.
