Museums and culture

Vienna has a lot of culture to offer. Unfortunately, many of our music institutions are on summer break in July, including the Staatsoper. But have a look at Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, Musikverein, Konzerthaus and Porgy & Bess. Maybe you will be lucky and find a concert or an interesting tour.

We also recommend paying a visit to one of the many museums in Vienna. For example, the museum of fine arts (Kunsthistorisches Museum), or for science enthusiasts, the Naturhistorisches Museum. We have museums dedicated to music like the Haus der Musik and Mozart House Vienna that are always worth a visit.
