LECTURE | Nov 22, 2019 | Instrument Making | 3D Early Winds
Following the first day of the workshop with Nikolaj Ronimus, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a special lecture on 3D-printed reproductions of original recorders. Gabriele Ricchiardi (Turin), Manuel Staropoli (Trieste), and Federico Xiccato (Turin) will discuss the production of these copies and share their insights. This is a highly exciting endeavor that may bring us closer to the historical soundscape.
The three speakers — who are also recorder players — will also bring along some recorder reproductions for attendees to try out.

University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Anton-von-Webern-Platz 1, 1030 Vienna, Building K, Room K0201
Time:
Friday, November 22, 6:45 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
