Components of an Invoice

If there are multiple addresses: tax address

If applicable: VAT number (Value Added Tax Identification Number)

Contact (phone, email) of the artist

Name and address of the client

Pay attention to the exact company name (e.g., GmbH, etc.)

Date of invoice issue

Sequential, unique invoice number

Delivery or service date (e.g., concert date) or a suitable time frame of the service

Explanation of what the invoice is for (What was the service provided?)

Costs for the service provided (possibly including VAT), the VAT amount (or if VAT exemption applies, a note stating the service is exempt from tax)
