Agile time management for artists

 

This seminar introduces artists to a range of methods for effective time management in the context of a constantly shifting and unpredictable daily routine.
Participants will become familiar with various time management strategies and their practical applications, empowering them to set the right priorities and make purposeful use of their time.
A central focus of the seminar is on established techniques of self-coaching and stress management, which support participants in developing greater composure and resilience, and in enhancing their overall quality of life—both professionally and personally.

  • Setting priorities in a constantly changing context
  • Different time management methods and scheduling systems
  • Self-coaching techniques and stress management strategies

Course lecturer Markus Lang


Markus Lang is a coach, consultant, and trainer in the fields of business, culture, and creative industries. He is a lecturer at the Institute for Cultural Concepts in Vienna in the field of time and self-management and also teaches at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
He completed studies in cultural management, coaching, and organizational development. He has been active in the cultural sector for more than 25 years and was the long-time director of a photography and media art association. He is also a management consultant and one of the managing directors of the Vienna Academy for Organizational Development.
