Master Negotiating with Ease

Artists are often faced with the challenge of finding appropriate remuneration for their work, as statements such as “That's too expensive for us” or “Others play for less money” are often heard. Art is a profession that deserves value and fair remuneration, but how do you react when the desired fee is not achieved? How do you argue with a supposedly stronger negotiating partner?

This webinar teaches tried-and-tested negotiation strategies to help you conduct negotiations more confidently and successfully. Various standard situations are developed and practiced through role plays, case analyses and group exercises.

Objectives

  • Learning effective negotiation strategies
  • Dealing with counter-arguments and difficult negotiating partners
  • Strengthening self-confidence in negotiations
  • Practical exercises through role plays and case analyses
  • Achieving fair and successful results for both sides
